Ho soggiornato, con mio figlio presso il Vostro Hotel ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Sono rimasto veramente contento e stupito e Vi ringrazio per l'ospitalità ed in particolare per la gentilezza, competenza ed umanità del signor Sandro. L'Hotel Raganelli per qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo. Le stanze sono confortevoli, pulite e silenziose con TV plasma. Il bagno è sufficentemente grande, pulito, con vasca jacuzzi. La colazione varia, con prodotti di qualità e quantità, intercontinentale. L'ubicazione dell'Hotel è abbastanza centrale in rapporto al Vaticato ed alcune attrazioni famose. La fermata del 246 e 247 è vicinissima all'Hotel ed in tempo compatibile con una metropoli è possibile arrivare, grazie anche alla vicinanza del metro A, da raggiungere con i bus sopracitati, in tante principali attrazioni Romane. Insomma, senza esagerazione, un buon Hotel tre stelle tutte meritate, mentre in altri precedenti soggiorni mi era più volte capitato di soggiornare in Hotel a quattro stelle con caratteristiche d'insieme inferiori al Raganelli. Mi sento quindi di consigliare quest'Hotel a tutte le famiglie , a tutte le persone che desiderano la tranquillità, alle persone che amano la qualità, senza il lusso e a tutti quelli che cercano la qualità/prezzo.

I'm sending a email to give my thoughts on your hotel and your staff.

My girlfriend and I arrived at your hotel on the 15th November and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, in particular Francesca.
She assisted us with any query we had and arranged a taxi for our return to the airport on the 20th November, even recommending restaurants to us.

The map we received on our arrival, plus the guide on which buses/metros to take to the various sites was greatly appreciated, and very useful.

People are very quick to complain, but not quick enough to express their pleasure in the service they receive.
I hope that you can let your staff know of our gratitude, and we look forward to returning to your hotel soon.

“Hotel ben posizionato con buon rapporto qualità-prezzo”

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mia moglie, devo dire che è veramente ben posizionato e facile da raggiungere. La presenza di un parcheggio con una decina di posti a disposizione degli ospiti lo rende poi estrememente comodo per chi è in macchina.
La camera aveva la giusta metratura, arredi nuovi incluso uno scrittoio, bagno con doppio lavabo e doccia idromassaggio nuovi di zecca, TV a schermo piatto.
Lo stato di pulizia lo definirei impeccabile, allo stesso modo pure la biancheria e gli asciugamani.
La colazione era tutto sommato buona, una macchina automatica per l'erogazione di caffè/cappuccino etc., un erogatore per succhi di frutta, brioches di vario tipo e fette biscottate, cereali, pane fresco e salumi vari. Si sente la mancanza di uno scaldavivande per tenere le brioches in caldo, che comunque erano buone.
Il personale è sempre estremamente cordiale e disponibile nessuno escluso.

Hello and Greetings to the staff of Raganelli Hotel.
Thank you for making my stay in Rome for my 11 nights a great and relaxing
experience. Unlike many places I have stayed at around the world, I looked
forward to returning to your hotel at night. My only regret of my stay was
that my Italian language skills are poor and I could not have any
discussions with everyone at the hotel. I speak a handful of languages but
Italian is not one of those that I know.

Thank you for providing helpful tips on how to get to different places in
Rome, pointing out a few good restaurants nearby, and for providing a very
helpful map of the area. The breakfast in the morning was a pleasant start
to my many adventures. Every morning I looked forward to a cappuccino and
bread from your breakfast area as well as the welcoming smile and greeting
from the young lady that took care of the area. My favorite place at the
hotel was the Roof Garden; a great place to enjoy my evening cigar and glass
of wine or a small sandwich.

Since I enjoyed my stay and that I have not seen everything that I wished to
see in Rome; I plan on returning to your hotel in the future. It will not be
a near future since I have returned to my duties in Kosovo with the US Army,
but I will be back.

staff that made my stay a good one.
